RE: SUNCOAST 2 PHASE 2 – STATE ROAD 44 TO COUNTY ROAD 486 ON/OFF RAMP

Approximately 5,000 of us call the Pine Ridge community home.  We are signing this petition to let you know that we DO NOT WANT an on/off ramp placed within 100 yards of the intersection of County Road 486 and Pine Ridge Boulevard as it is a main entrance to our community. Please consider our quality of life and that of the many animal species that live in the 10,000 acres of Pine Ridge.  As an equestrian community we also have 29 miles of horse trails crisscrossing the roads with six horse-crossings directly on Pine Ridge Blvd.

An exit directly across from Pine Ridge Blvd will unavoidably dump parkway traffic into the heart of our community and greatly increase road traffic, noise, and endanger our safety and security.

Consider placing the exit 100 yards to either side of Pine Ridge Boulevard which will reduce the impact to our community considerably.  Please do not jeopardize the peace and tranquility of our equestrian community by placing an on/off ramp directly across from our main entrance!
