Malcom Gladwell has been giving the world his unique takes on life, sports, ideology, politics, race, and so much more since 1987. He was born in Canada - which is apart of the Commonwealth.  Her Royal Majesty should knight Mr Gladwell for the many truths he has uncovered throughout his years.  The way he thinks, approaches problems, and bisects problems has term. Gladwellian. His surname is now a verb. For this he should be knighted.  However, Mr Gladwell has done so much more for society at large. 

If you have read any of his New York Times best selling books, or listened to his podcast you understand that magnitude of the man that is Malcom Gladwell. For heaven's sake he only drinks 5 liquids, is an avid runner and still rocks the fro (which I'm sure you can agree is truly amazing).
