Contributory Parent Visa (Subclass 143) is a pathway allows many first generation immigrant reunion with their parents in Australia.

To grant this visa the applicant can only be go offshore and activate this visa when entering Australia.

As current situation the international travel is hard, inconvenient and danger. For these applicants already in Australia, it is very hard for them to travel overseas, get the visa and return to Australia.
