With the nation going a overboard (fuelled by the BBC, the Guardian and the Mirror) with their condemnation of Dominic Cummings and calling for his head, I would like to take the opportunity to blast the double standards and blatant hypocrisy that is evident. It's all so obviously about other issues, Brexit especially, but the media are making Cummings public enemy No1 to further their own agendas.

Have we forgotten Tahir Ali, who represents Birmingham Green, breaching lockdown restrictions by being among some 100 guests at a funeral on Weds 1st April?
And what of Stephen Kinnock, the MP for Aberavon in South Wales travelling to London to celebrate his father’s birthday?

It would appear it is convenient to brush these lockdown breaches under the carpet so that the left can concentrate on shaming and blaming their favourite bogeyman.
"One rule for one and one rule for the rest'' cry the offended while demanding Mr Cummings fall on his sword. I say 'one rule for all' and therefore Tahir Ali and Stephen Kinnock should hand in their resignations to set the example for Mr Cummings to follow. It's clearly the right and honourable thing to do.
