Problem
The problem is, William has been the camp director for 21 years. Now they’re all of a sudden throwing him under the bus. He breaks his back to prepare for the eventful  week long camping experience at the center. What will the new “committee ” do.

Solution
William needs to remain camp director. This is his love, his passion and taking it away from him is so mean. You know as well as I do that William is kind hearted and genuine. He makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of. Not even asking him to step down but just asking people to replace his job is down hearted.
