Due to a recent surge in popularity, I have decided to make some amendments to the laws surrounding shotguns.

In the recent days the population of Altis has seen boat loads of mainly 2 new shotgun types being shipped into the island along with plentiful ammo supplies. With the easy access of these shotguns many more people have come to acquire and it has made it alot easier for all to protect themselves from people that would harm them.

Then out of nowhere, the police Gold Command decided it would be a brilliant idea to supress all civilians and make all shotguns illegal. They claim this would make the island safer, thinking that police can protect and keep all safe. We all know however thats not true. Even police officers know that, as can be seem here:

When the server is full (or has a lot of people in general) a lot of stuff is going down and we are kind of stuck in the middle of it."

The shotguns doesnt make life on Altis more dangerous, it just helps us civilians protect ourselves the few times police cant be seen to help us out. Oh wait, I mean the many times. Police are usually to busy with trucks full of weed, because thats a dangerous drug thats proven to have killed roughly 0 people.

My suggestion is simple, legalise civilians to carry unloaded shotguns, if a situation arise and someone attempts to mug them, allow them to load their shotguns and fire back to defend their lives.
