5 et 6 Octobre: Journées mondiales pour la protection des droits de l’homme en Algérie. 

Appel: 

Le 5 Octobre est une date historique en Algérie. 31 ans déjà que les jeunes algériens sont sortis dans la rue pour réclamer une démocratie, justice sociale et un état de droit. Ces jeunes ont été réprimés. 

31 ans après, le système continue la répression et une pratique politique basée sur la soumission au système, la cooptation et les intérêts. Le pouvoir multiplie les arrestations arbitraires et les tentatives d’intimidation et de harcèlement du peuple algérien. 

Nous, algériens résidant à l'extérieur du pays, ne resterons pas silencieux face à cette dictature et ferons tout pour alerter l’opinion internationale et les organisations humanitaires sur ces questions fondamentales de droit humanitaires universels. 

Nous appelons toutes les communautés algériennes résidant partout dans le monde à marquer cette date historique de l'Algérie en organisant des manifestations pacifiques le Samedi 5 Octobre et le Dimanche 6 Octobre dans le plus grand nombre de villes dans le monde et exiger: 

• La Libération immédiate et sans condition de tous les detenus d'opinion. 
  L'arrêt de la répression et la levée immédiate de toutes les restrictions sur les citoyens.
   

Non à la dictature!

October 5th and 6th: International days for Human Rights protection in Algeria.

Call:

October 5th is a historic date in Algeria. 31 years ago, on this date, young Algerian went out into the streets demanding democracy, social justice and the rule of law. They were repressed. 

31 years later, the system continues the same repression and a political practice based on submission to the system, cooptation and interests. The regime continues with the arbitrary arrests and the attempts of intimidation and harassment of the Algerian people.

We, Algerian citizens living abroad, will not remain silent in the face of this dictatorship and will do everything to alert international opinion and humanitarian organizations to bring awareness to these abuses of fundamental universal humanitarian rights. 

We call on all Algerian communities around the world to mark this historic date by organizing peaceful protests on Saturday October 5th, 2019, in many cities throughout the world and demand:

• The immediate and unconditional release of all political detainees.

• The end of repression and the immediate lifting of all restrictions on citizens.

الخامس من أكتوبر 1988 يوم حاسم في التاريخ المعاصر للجزائر. في ذلك اليوم ، خرج الشباب الجزائري إلى   الشوارع للمطالبة
بالديمقراطية والعدالة الاجتماعية وسيادة القانون. لقد تم قمع هذه المظاهرات بعنف

واحد و ثلاثون سنة بعد هذه الأحداث، يواصل النظام نفس القمع وممارسات سياسية قائمة على الخضوع للنظام والمصالح. يواصل النظام الاعتقالات التعسفية والمضايقة للشعب الجزائري

نحن ، المواطنون الجزائريون المقيمون بالخارج ، لن نبقى صامتين في وجه هذه الديكتاتورية وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لتنبيه الرأي الدولي والمنظمات الإنسانية على هذه الانتهاكات بحقوق الإنسان

ندعو الجزائريين في جميع أنحاء العالم إلى الاحتفال بهذا اليوم التاريخي عبر تنظيم احتجاجات سلمية يوم السبت 5 أكتوبر و يوم الأحد 6 أكتوبر 2019 في مدن جميع أنحاء العالم والمطالبة بما يلي

الإفراج الفوري وبدون شرط عن جميع المعتقلين السياسيين *
نهاية القمع والرفع فورا لجميع القيود المفروضة على المواطنين *
