Rep Carolyn Maloney is proposing a much deserved bill to forgive student debt for frontline doctors and nurses. Please don’t forget the countless Dentists and Dental Assistants who have been standing head to head with their Emergency room counterparts and seeing all dental emergencies while keeping the burden away from emergency rooms. Dental Assistants have been working countless hours supporting their dentists see trauma cases and infections.

I along with other dentists have give our clinic information to emergency rooms so that if a dental emergency comes in, the emergency rooms re-route those cases to our offices to lessen the burden of the ER Doctors. As a result we have seen extreme trauma cases and infections, and relieved pain for hundreds of thousands while being less than 6 inches from the patients faces. 

Please don’t discriminate all the other essential workers who have put their health at risk and taken care of humanity! Include all for debt forgiveness. 

Our field is at the most high risk for Covid-19. We have been doing our part in taking care of patients. We are highly affected mentally, physically and financially. 

Please include us in the bill!
