1. Require that every legal action in court be sworn to by a person with actual personal knowledge of the identity of the owner of claim against the homeowner.
2. Require a sworn declaration from the attorney filing the complaint to assert personal due diligence as to the existence of the claim and the claimant. 
3. Bar foreclosure complaints based upon "familiarity" with the facts and require actual personal knowledge.
4. Require authentication that foreclosure sale proceeds went to to the named Plaintiff by a person with actual knowledge.
