The creation of RUGA is a lopsided and myopic idea about the solution to the farmers and herders clash across Nigeria. There should be proper consultation of key stakeholders (Federal Ministry of Agric, State ministries of Agric. Professors and deans of faculty, colleges and schools of Agric. And investors in the Agricultural sector) to reach an encompassing solution.
