Frontline employees are considered an important part of the infrastructure amid the Coronavirus. The problem is we stand 2 feet across random customers all day and mostly it’s not even for "essential services" it’s mostly stuff about Facebook, "why is my bill so high" , how can I send a photo to an email, or I need to pay my bill in cash(which is one of the dirtiest things I can think of). AT&T already said they will waive all late fees for the next 60 day’s and will not suspend services. There’s no reason to put so many workers at risk. AT&T said they reduced hours and closed 40% of stores but they act like the virus takes a break between those open hours. Let’s start a petition to tackle corporate greed and take everything to call centers where’s it’s much safer. If they have problems with call centers then maybe shouldn’t of sent so many centers offshore. Thanks
