On April 1, 2008, the STF Powers-That-Be created the club's Fish Budget, an important resource within the club.  It eventually led to the creation of the club's Fish Budgetary Officer on December 31, 2014, as per the Office of the Dolphin, which gave much needed work to under-used animals within STF.

However, with no warning, the Fish Budget was snatched away by Presidential Edict in 2020.  As an edict, EGO had no opportunity to veto this decision.

Since then, chaos has reigned in STF.  Virtual food is no longer collected or distributed within STF (and in particular, no fish have been set aside for the Dolphin).  STF animals have had no reason to take on silly assignments that have no meaning.  And our Dolphin is just sad....

Only STF community action will help!  We need all the STF members to demand that the Fish Budget be restored, so that meaning can be restored (re-restored? removed? tied up?) to our silliness.  In particular, for the future of our STF marine mammals, we need to bring back the Fish Budget!
