Why this petition matters

Trading212 has added number of OTC securities on their Portfolio which allowed people to Invest and to take out the trading at different positions. A huge number of Investors have taken out different securities, but not limited to CBBT, CLWD, GAXY, LLKKF, IQSTEL and many more.

Trading 212 is blaming securities with the reason that "This security is exempt from the definition of a Penny Stock under SEC under Rule 240.3a51-1 because it meets one of the following tests: 1) A price of over $5 per share, 2) the issuer has Average Revenue of at least $6 million for the last 3 years, or 3) the issuer has Net Tangible Assets in excess of $2 million if the issuer has been in continuous operations for at least 3 years or $5 million if less than 3 years."

Clearly, the companies like GAXY (Galaxy Next Generations) are operating at the genuine level and are considered as OTCBQ stock. Trading 212 claims they are working tirelessly to resolve this problem but clearly they can't even reply to the securities CEO request on this issue.

We want Financial Conduct Authorities (UK Based) and  Financial Supervision Commission (Europe Based) to investigate further with Trading 212 for their Unfair trading and unethical restrictions which makes no sense for Investors.

People are suffering financially during this Covid Time and having these unethical restrictions are pressurizing individuals and communities with the more financial burden. These Businesses are genuine and can't produce much revenue and Stocks price due to the political play by these type of Traders.
