We, residents of Los Osos, California support the Los Osos Vacation Rental Guidelines. Until they are officially adopted into the Los Osos Community Plan, we ask the Department of Planning & Building to use them as their criteria for judging each vacation rental permit request, with special attention to the density guidelines.

WHERE WE ARE, 11/14/2020

We will be asking the Board of Supervisors on Dec. 15th, 2020 to endorse the Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance for Los Osos, California that was unanimously recommended by the Planning Commission on July 9th, 2020. 

​The final step will be the Coastal Commission hearing on both the Los Osos Community Plan and the Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance.
