Mister BAN Ki-Moon , the vulnerable ones’ voice, we took our democracy for granted, advocates with Elis

Used to being born, to live and to die in a democracy, we thought and still think wrongly that we were secure. Everything will be there forever. Nothing will even happen anymore.

However, certain events such as:

1.Women’s rights attacks :
In the heart of Paris, a woman was smacked because she answered a man who has been verbally rude. Another woman was sentenced because she was found guilty of not assuming her conjugal role.
In the US, women in prison are denied access to feminine hygiene products or give birth in being shackled. In Atlanta, Asian women were killed based on fakes.
In Turkey, a woman has been beaten up by her husband in front of her daughter.
In the US, a Latina housekeeper was raped during a break-in because her employers felt that she should not share their panic room.

2.Georges Floyd event:
In the middle of the street in the US, in front of people taking a stroll, a man decided to stop the life of another one in a matter of skin.

3. LGBTQIA’s rights attacks:
A long time ago, somewhere in Paris, a man, like his neighbor, a more than eighty- year-old lady, was left without any toilets because, him, was a homosexual and, her, because she was a French Caribbean from Guadeloupe.

4. Gentrification phenomena:
Clear the way! associated with its cohort of delinquent loutish methods
*to cut the central heater or the warm water in winter
*to send false warning to clear the way in 48h
*to ring your doorbell with a sport bag saying “ Give me your lease agreement ”
It’s what the vulnerable people (children, seniors, women, minorities, sick and disabled ones ) must cope with: a massive brutal tool of institutionalized discrimination, causing deep switches like the racial make-up “white lift” in Brooklyn, and the social make-up even in Paris.

5- Seniors’ rights attacks:
In the US, more than 5 million of our seniors are starving. They must choose between their medicine price and their food price.
In Europe, France, our seniors are also on the verge of starving, wondering if the drug delisting wave would be a new challenge for their purchasing power.

6. Sick and disabled people attacks:
Negligible variable - is it what a sick person or a disabled one should be ?
In France, a political party in financial difficulties, dismissed preferably a person suffering from cancer and a disabled one. Are they an easier target to dismiss?

7. Ethiopian Jew Women’s rights attacks:
Via an injection, Ethiopian Jew women have been sterilized with no knowledge. Like in the Armenian people’s case, it is a genocide. However, here, in the Ethiopian Jew women’s case , a new process has been used: a genocide at source.

8. the 360° attacks:
In France, a non-community-based country, surprisingly, a meeting was held without allowing white people to attend. While, certain colors and appearances have already been set aside for a long time, this event highlights the 360° racism.

9. Religious Freedom attacks:
Asia Bibi (Pakistan), Mantu Devi (India), Myriam Sa'ad and her 6-year-old son (Egypt), the nurses Maryam Lal, Newish Urooj and Tabitha Nazir Gill (Pakistan), father Jacques Hamel slaughtered in his church in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, Normandy, as well as the three faithful in Nice (France). Christians lead, ahead of the Jewish religion, as the first threatened religion in the world.

All these examples, to name a few, are in fact regressions that question us. Is it the collapse of our democracy, the erasing of our founding-fathers’ work or may we turn down this nascent curve ?

Whatever the way the constitution has been deployed or has not been deployed , there is a grey zone for many people. Because, in the US, we need a trial to benefit from it, and, very often, vulnerable people cannot afford it. In France, people don’t benefit from it as such but via other “codes” and, still in this case, they cannot afford it. The level of injustice I saw is so high, even from people who are descendants of immigration or oppressed people that I, Elis, decided to plead and fight for my democracy, my constitution, and my values in order to implement them in our day-to-day life. I make therefore a massive call to sign at the level of the population of a country, well over millions. And to transform this will and our signatures into an evidence-based outcome, I set up a crowdfunding page on GoGetFunding.com to help raise funds before the 26th September 2023.

It’s a major challenge , because, if I loose we will see the same abscesses exploding. If I win, we will turn down the curve together with an immediate great impact. Every dollar raised will go directly to support this goal. I would be honored if you could contribute before the 26th September 2023.

You can do so by clicking here.
