you tube has recently stared a ban on live streams of people with less then 1,000 subscribers smaller channels have in the past used live streams to do give aways among other live events to help there channels grow this is going to create a unfair advantage to the bigger channels

stop the ban it creates a unfair advantage and will stop smaller channels from growing

i also have recently started a scratching channel and am trying to grow my channel but the growth is going to be almost impossible within the lottery community unless live streams are allowed for the smaller channels we have a very big community within the scratching community some channels with over a million subs some with less then 10 we are strong if we stand united
