We are proposing an 18 hole disc golf course to be installed in the Theordore Stone Forest in the Forest Preserve District of Cook County.  The Theodore Stone Preserve is located in Hodgkins, Illinois and is near Interstate 55 and Lagrange Road off of 67th Street.  There is a Continental Toyota car dealership nearby.  The preserve is known for it's prairie, savannah, and woodland areas, hiking trails, and picnic groves.

Disc golf has seen a considerable rise in popularity over the past two years and offers a great opportunity to appreciate nature, exercise, and socialize.  Throughout the pandemic, disc golf has allowed players to participate in an outdoor sport and maintain social distancing.
