Class Action Lawsuit for Violating the 1st and 14th Amds and Commerce Clause of US
Class Action Lawsuit for Violating the 1st and 14th Amds and Commerce Clause of US
Why this petition matters
In the name of a public health crisis, Federal and State elected officials shut down the economy and suspended our civil liberties. In so doing, the American people were subjected to the loss of income, loss of jobs, loss of freedom of assembly and association, the loss of liberty, and to mental harm. Under the color of law, we were subjected to humiliation, indignity and arrest by government officials for violating laws disguised as lawful orders from public health officials. However, the Federal and State officials did not apply the rule of law equitably. They allowed certain groups to assemble and commit lawless acts without enforcing the rules they expected other citizens to follow. On behalf of those citizens, I am suing the Federal and State officials that used disparate treatment against US citizens that were harmed by this unfair treatment.
