For over six years now since the current president of Nigeria took over, his kins the Fulani herders have been going about killing, maiming, raping, and kidnapping other Nigerians. They are also using their livestock to destroy farms and deface infrastructure across the country. They do all these while the security agencies look the other way and often give them protection.

Now, groups are taking up arms all over the country to defend themselves against these right abuses. Obviously, this is gradually pushing the country into a war/anarchy. Even at that, the President keeps ominously silent. His kins brag on the media in a manner that annoys other citizens further. We therefore think that the President is using this to foist another genocide (like the one that happened in Rwanda) on Nigerians. 

Our demands are:

1. Let the President and the National Assembly order an immediate end to open grazing. 

2. Let the President apologize to Nigerians for the terrible abuse of office that has left so many people dead, bereaved or frustrated. 

3. Let the President reassure Nigerians that this abuse of office will never repeat itself. 

4. Failure to do this, the committee of nations should VISIBLY intervene in the situation to assuage armed Nigerian groups.
