2020 has been a very difficult year for all however this government has chosen to discriminate coursing as falling outside " Professional , Elite or Greyhound Racing" .

Coursing has been determined as an elite sport as is horse racing and greyhound racing Ref: SI 560 Dec 3rd 2020 however on Dec 23rd 2020 this law has been revised by SI 695 and made public at 3pm Dec 24th Christmas Eve to exclude Coursing as Horse and Greyhound Racing continue to run. Furthermore greyhounds are legally defined as any greyhound which has been entered in the stud book as per Greyhound Racing Act 2019.

The timing and exclusion highlight an underhand abuse of power without consensus, knowledge, valid reasoning and this behaviour cannot be allowed to go unnoticed.

It is discriminatory, oppressive and a violation of human rights.
