Ea sports has a monopoly on the nfl license and has put out a subpar product for decades.  Over the last couple years the popularity of mut and pay-to-play features have alienated those who only buy the game for other modes such as Franchise.

Franchise servers have been down for the majority of the last three weeks and had been taken down over this 3-day weekend to salvage the servers for EA's prized MUT players.  This is unacceptable and CFM players are pushed to the back burner so EA can collect more money from loot boxes.

Those of us who play other modes are demanding a refund on our $60-$100 purchases.

Even better would be for the nfl to open up the license so great companies such as 2k sports could provide us a better product or at least competition for EA.
