Ontario Accessibility Directorate was not charged with assuring that Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ensured the new Ontario Cannabis Retail Stores would all be wheelchair accessible. As a result the Municipalities were able to circumvent the Provincial accessibility laws by using existing grandfathered municipal building codes."
