We The People of the United States believe that the recent report that was delivered on UAP was not in compliance with the spirit, nor letter of the law as was mandated by the coronavirus relief and government funding bill signed into law December 2021. This report was clearly mandated to provide detailed information on this phenomenon. The American people are well aware that a "classified" version of this report was delivered to certain members of the U.S. Congress that contained a great deal more information including images, video, and other media regarding this phenomenon. We The People hereby request and demand an immediate release of any/all media related to this phenomenon collected from the personal mobile phones, and or any other common, non-classified means of photographic data collection depicting this phenomenon. A mobile phone with an onboard camera is not classified technology. This technology is commonly available and in civilian use daily.

The spirit and word of law have been made clear. We demand that the law be followed to the letter. While we understand the need for secrecy regarding the ways and means by which our military collects data, personal mobile phones do not present a reasonable risk of exposing those ways and means to a potential adversary.
