Why this petition matters

Started by LDdaryl Ellis

To help Free a innocent man for a murder he didn't commit as well as help him get back home to his two sons that are 12 and 10 now they were 3 and 1 when he was wrongfully accused of a March 14, 2012 murder of Elissa Hereford when 6 other men was already  convicted of the murder which makes him the 7th man to be convicted which is impossible. He was sentence to 21 years to life. All six men are FREE but he remains confined in prison his case was overturned due to insufficient evidence January 16, 2014 by the Eighth Appellate District Court of Appeals. But he remained patient awaiting his court date that never happened before the judge that presided over his case Judge Janet R. Burnside of Cuyahoga County retired due to age restriction the end of 2018. L'Ddaryl continued to file litigation in civil courts as well as criminal courts in Ohio to receive his Court date he made plenty of public records request threw his private investigators as well as family and himself they were all denied until September 4th 2018 when the Eighth Appellate District Court of Appeals Clerk of Courts sent a summons to Cleveland Police Forensic Laboratory sent him by certified mail a copy of the alleged murdered weapon ballistic test results in his case that the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's and Detective's withheld from him and his Trial Attorney's before trial that they got off another male 6months prior to his wrongful arrest October 28, 2012 that proves it wasn't his weapon as well as wasn't the murder weapon in his case he strived to put together a post-conviction petition based on newly discovered evidence as well as Brady material being withheld the petition was filed March 26, 2019 and still remain pending to this very day even after the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office agreed with his Post-conviction petition. He is still awaiting his hearing from 2014 as well as for his Post-conviction petition to receive Justice and his FREEDOM!
