Since the inception of their 'City in Crisis' town halls, Fox45 has unfairly violated the FEC rules around equal-time for all candidates by allowing one mayoral candidate, Thiru Vignarajah, on their program while denying other mayoral candidates from participating even though these candidates are actually filed candidates while Mr. Vignarajah is not!

It is time we stopped allowing this right-wing media outlet dictate what we hear and who we hear it from, and demand that they follow the rules laid out in the FEC Communications Act of 1934 or reap the reprocussions of voters not watching their station and candidates refusing to spend advertisement dollars with their station.
