As of right now racing facilities around the state are closed due to the covid 19 outbreak. We need our representitives to know drag racing needs to resume in Washington State!

 We are capable of being socially distanced while participating in drag racing at the race tracks around Washington state. We need tracks open. To have a safe place for people to go to race. Drag racing is about more then racing a vehicle down a surface. The economic revenue brought into the neighboring areas would be very helpful at this point in the downturn of the economy. It would help bring to back what has been lost. People would be supporting take out (restaurants), automotove parts suppliers both here in the state as well as supporting vendors all around the United States, as well as many other business local to them. I feel we are responsible enough to be able to put in safe measures for participation at these events without putting anyone at risk. If we do not allow racing facilities to have any revenue soon, I fear that some may not be there when it is finally back to normal.  This would be a great loss for our state as well as our country. So lets bring back drag racing!
