Michael Marshall was arrested 11/07/15 for the nonviolent charge of trespassing while looking for his Bible. Due to the injuries he received under the custody of Denver Sheriff deputies, Michael was comatose for 9 days before being removed from life support. He died 11/20/15. His murderers were suspended for a short time; but right after Denver agreed to pay $4.65M to his family & reform some jail policies, the suspensions against murderers Carlos Hernandez and Bret Garegnani, the two deputies who took part in the incident, were removed. Please help permanently remove these two monsters from the Sheriff department, as well as any other officers that were involved or think this incident was handled correctly. We do not want another death at the hands of these murderers.
