Dear Mr.President,

China is such a developed, modern and huge country and the whole world is watching you. You can be proud of it. So I ask myself how can you still accept the Yulin Festival ? It is a middle age horrible festival that has the aim to torture animals in the most cruel and painful way the world has ever seen.

You  have the power to change this. It is also a bad example for your children. We have to teach them to be emphatic and to respect the nature. Every animal suffers the same way as a human being.

The excuse that it is a culture of yours is unacceptable. I don’t think that you agree that torture and pain are part of your culture.

So please help China to be an example for the world and stop Yulin.

I thank you Mr. President for taking your time and reading this letter. We all appreciate it.

Thank you,
