CIVIL RIGHTS ICON JOHN LEWIS FOR NOBEL PEACE PRIZE  NOW MORE THAN EVER PEOPLE'S CRUSADE

He was beaten and bruised for the noble cause of civil rights during the sixties. His courage has inspired freedom movements all over the world. His belief that we can never have world peace until we uplift the less fortunate and downtrodden has proven to be true. He abhors discrimination in all forms and has never been ashamed to publicly denounce it all over the world. He has earned the nickname of “The Conscience of Congress”

These are just a few of the reasons why we think that John Lewis deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for 2021.

We are humbly requesting that Presidents Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama or Archbishop Tutu seriously consider placing his name in Nomination for this prestigious honor before the February 1, 2020 deadline. Only former winners and selected government officials can nominate.

We are saddened that he is battling prostate cancer. However, he has a strong belief in the power of God’s deliverance and in prayer that sustained him throughout the bloody civil rights movement. Because of his prayerful attitude, and our belief that God is able to heal, we are calling for Saturday and Sunday or January 11 and 12 to be designated National Days of Prayer and Fasting for the Healing for John Lewis, Civil Rights Icon. Churches, mosques and synagogues are encouraged to join in this international prayer chain that will take place a week before the birthday celebration of his mentor, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  God is still in the healing business.

 

As we embark on this solemn crusade, participants are urged to also read Prayer: The Key to Limitless Treasure chapter in Happiness Digest  by 20th century religious liberty author Ellen White online free of charge and Fasting, a New York Times bestseller by Dr. Jentezen Franklin of Georgia. The Bible tells us that some Healing comes only through prayer and fasting. We are claiming this Biblical promise.

 

I can testify that he and his late wife Lillian had a dynamic impact upon my life. I am honored to spearhead this dynamic Healing campaign for one who sacrificed so much to achieve freedom for others around the world.   

 

We pray that God will heal John Lewis so that he can continue to BOLDLY speak out against the injustices in America and around the world. GOD IS ABLE NO MATTER WHAT THE DOCTORS SAY.
