We need this series to be filmed!!!!!

If you've seen the movie "Master and Commander" know that there is an entire SERIES of books by Patrick O'brien that are astoundingly brilliant! The movie barely touches on the wonderful complexities of the characters...and they are filled with history! Yes....most of the stories told actually happened...to someone!   Steven Maturin was a SPY! Not just a doctor! Jack Aubrey was a hilarious character...and the antics and adventures they have are just pure entertainment!  Let's get some petitions started and signed!!! We are in need of great quality television that can inspire people to read up on history, and have a blast doing it. Read the books...get inspired!!!!! Lets do this! Great naval battle! Jack Aubrey crossing a countryside as a BEAR to evade capture! Maturin getting his hands bloody....literally!
