Medicare won’t always be enough protection for some seniors from the cost of medical care. Another Medicare Supplement plans 2020 that you should be aware of is Plan N. This is not as popular as Plan G, but we really think it is a better deal. It offers slightly less coverage when compared to Plan G, but it also costs less.
Once you look at a few prices, then you will be better able to determine if it is a good fit for your budget. If you want to look at some more Supplement plans and what they have to offer, then you can do so on Medicare’s site.

Supplement Plan N has great coverage for the average senior and if there were medical costs not covered, they will most likely not be that much and a senior will be able to pay for them. If you already have Medicare Supplement plan C or F, you will still be able to keep these plans in 2021, but it might not be the best idea.

If the employer offers coverage to spouses, they must offer the same coverage to spouses 65 and older that they offer to spouses under 65. If the employer has 20 or more employees, the group health plan generally pays first. The one that pays second (secondary payer) only pays if there are costs the primary insurer didn't cover. Your coverage can’t be changed or canceled when you move anywhere within the United States, as long as you pay your premiums on time.
