While hiking the Outer Mountain Loop Trail at Big Bend National Park, my friend Harry and I decided to start a petition to change the name of the "Homer Wilson Ranch" to "McLovins Hideout".

I believe a name like McLovins Hideout would truly inspire the next generation to explore the natural world by combining a film reference with an outdoor destination. This new rush of movie fans to the outdoors would reduce obesity levels, help fight mental illness, and raise awareness for our beautiful national parks.
