The cut backs of the United States Postal Service has caused the service in general to become exceedingly inefficient, unreasonably incompetent, painfully unreliable, and unpleasant to do business with in any capacity.

This is not an exclusively small, local issue. This is a nationwide issue. Hundreds of thousands of complaints have been made to supervisors and the Inspector General's office across the country. All, if not most of which, has been ignored. Improvements are not being made. Mistakes continue. 

The Federal Government must step in and force permanent improvements.
