Lloyd Pierce time as the Hawks head coach needs to come to and end. 

This team has now blown 5+ double digit leads. They go into the fourth quarter with a lead and constantly find ways to blow it (Have blown a fourth quarter lead and gone on to lose now NINE times). 

Many of you may think that he has not been given a fair shot because of injuries, but I am here to tell you that this is far from the case. If you go through the schedule to this point you will see that they have only won ONE game against a good team. That game being against the Brooklyn Nets during the home-home series earlier in the season. Every other good team we have faced, we have lost. On top of this we have underachieved against bad/average teams (Cavs, Knicks,Hornets, etc). No matter the team the hawks are in a close game when they shouldn't be. This comes down to poor game-plans and schemes.

On top of this, despite the injuries this team is far more talented than teams across the league that have better records. Looks at teams like the Thunder or the Kings who are in similar positions to us record wise. There rosters are devoid of talent but they manage to compete every night and have even beat good teams.

Night in and night out, this team lacks energy and that falls on the shoulders of the head coach. You want players to respond to your coach, and across the past two years it is clear that our best player is not a fan of Lloyd Pierce and others aren't either.

I demand now that Travis Schlenk fire Lloyd Pierce before it is too late and this team misses the playoffs. That being said Nate McMillian is not the long term answer at the position but would be a solid interim if needed.
