The following persons, each a citizen of the United States of America being aware that on or about January 24, 2019 Spotsylvania Animal Control  located From the town of Spotsylvania, Virginia under false pretenses, lacking probable cause, theses officers with the help of other law enforcement officers, illegally entered upon Harry Reed and Cassy Newell-Reeds property, went into their barn, Trespassed on 2 other properties, went into their home, and took their horses, all electronics, cell phones, DVR recording devices for security cameras, and records even attorney client paperwork. Now the Reeds are fighting to keep all the animals from being permanently confiscated, and / or sold to others and / or killed, The General Court “a court of no record” has put forth an improper Surety Bond of $50,000.00 to even be able to get an appeal in to fight this.The Reeds rights are being stopped, they are not being allowed “Due process”. Also, many other constitutional rights are  also being broken. This court has stopped 3 other owners from claiming their own property as they have already taken 1 of the other persons property stating “deprivation of adequate care is attributable to her action or inaction” which these horses where at the reeds for training purposes.  WE DEMAND that King William Civil Court Judge Barbara Gaden along with Attorney General Mark Herring, or Asst, General Attorney Michelle Welsh and / or the Governor Ralph Northam to issue an order, ordering either the release and return of the Reeds property meaning all 33 equines and all other property taken from their home or to order the Surety bond dropped so they may continue with appealing this issue.
