Susan Stern, the President of the Radnor Township School District needs to resign from her position immediately following comments she made during a televised School Board Meeting on January 26, 2021 likening the reaction of those citizens opposed to the vote to remove the name Raider, to the actions of those that attacked our Nation’s Capitol building on January 6, 2021. This event was a horrible day for our country resulting in deaths and destruction. Her attempt to compare the vote to remove the Raider name to people that supported Trump is nothing but an effort to divide our community. Her comparison was uncalled for, insensitive, and extremely aggressive. Her political views should be no part of this conversation and the citizens of Radnor deserve an apology and her resignation.
