Over the entirety of 2020, and now continuing into 2021, Vaxart Inc. and Management of Vaxart Inc. have been the subjects in a high volume of lawsuits and investigations regarding a press release and the timing of share sales by the company's parent organization. It is the view of us, shareholders of Vaxart, signers of this petition, that management did not intentionally commit wrong-doing and should immediately be expunged for all impeachment of such. 

Many of these law firms have exploited news of an SEC investigation to open class action litigation on behalf of a miniscule minority of shareholders. They then proceed to issue press releases that drop Vaxart Inc's share price. These actions bring more tangible harm to Vaxart Inc's Shareholders than the alleged actions of Vaxart Inc's Management and do nothing but serve short selling firms.

Vaxart Inc. is currently engaged in producing what investors believe is the global solution to the COVID-19 pandemic. That being said, the overwhelming majority of shareholders request that these organizations cease to harm the company's image at the behest of a couple bad investors. We demand you stop this nonsense.
