Stop Microsoft from randomly removing Dev center accounts.

We as developers have spent 1000+ hours working on an app or game to then have our whole account closed. This is unacceptable. There are hundreds of developers who are reporting that their account was removed with no reason or warning. If the developer contacts Microsoft through (reportapp@microsoft.com) to get more information as to why the account was removed. Microsoft sends an auto generated response. This is a bot response rather then a human response. Here is an exact email response from Microsoft:

Microsoft removed your developer account from the Windows Store based on good faith and reasonable evidence of activities that violate the terms of the account agreement.

 At your request, we reviewed this action. The account agreement allows Microsoft to remove a Windows Store Account for abuse of the marketplace or failure to keep your account in good standing. Termination of your account results in the removal of associated application(s) from the store. Also, the account agreement allows Microsoft to remove an application from availability in the store for breach of the agreement or for any other reason.

We have determined that the removal of your account and published app(s) were warranted based on abusive and/or inappropriate activities.  Please note that our decision is final, and you are no longer eligible to receive a payment from the Microsoft Store.

Microsoft states that the decision is final and there is no way to get your account back. How is this fair? How is this helping to grow the Microsoft app store? At least in the Google / Apple app store you get to speak to an actual person who explains the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. At Microsoft there is no explaining. Your account is removed forever. This petition was made to create awareness on this issue. This is not one developer but more then 1000+ developers. Microsoft please stop auto deleting accounts and allow us developers to fix any issue. Thank you.
