To Stop the construction of Townhouses in the community of Bellalago.

We want to either leave the area as a nature reserve, park, expansion to the clubhouse/pool or any combination of the 3.

The construction of these townhouses will lower our property values because these homes will be of similar sq ft for a much cheaper price and be located extremely close to the small club house/pool. Which is already too small to support the current residents. They are also located next to the premium water front lots. Regular lots are still being sold at a premium and we want to protect the value of our house and not be left with an underwater valued home. 

No information about these townhouses were given to the residents of Bellalago and with covid it seems like many things might of been brushed to the side. There should of been more transparency with future plans with letters and signs to notify the community. The first information about these townhouses to the community didnt come from taylor morrison but a facebook group for the community. 

It also seems like taylor morrison has given the bare minimum to the community of Bellalago. The club house and pool are woefully undersized for the amount of current residents let alone 112 extra families paying much less and given premium lots and extremely ease of access to an undersized clubhouse/pool that can only support 80 people at once.
