"Boomer Beach" is a beach in Port Elliot. The entire population of sixteen Port Elliot millennials want to change the name for it to be more inclusive.

We don't want our town to be associated with the word "Boomer", because then people might think Port Elliot is an area full of older, white and relatively wealthy multiple property owners.

Suggested new names by local Port Elliot millennials include:

• Bae Bay
• Selfie Shore
• Pronoun Coast
• Kombucha Cove
• Plant Bay(sed)
