HELP ME Get Exonerated and help Save the other teens who were wrongfully imprisoned by the courts for crimes that were written for adults to protect teens from adults for.

 

 

The States legislations even changed the laws. Stating that the charge they charged me for were not meant to be used against teens as a felony. But failed to pass them retroactive! Because I already completed parole and served my time that I can’t appeal my case. But the ones that are still in custody serving there sentence can appeal and be exonerated. 

I was charged as a 17 for having consensual sexual contact with someone under 16 after admitting that when I was 17 years old that I had accepted oral sex from my than 15 year old girlfriend. A "Statuary Rape" charge that was written for adults having consensual sexual contact with someone 15 and under. Punishable to 20 years with a lifetime on the sex offender registry. A registry that is so vague, that when you look me up. It says 2nd degree sexual assault to a child. With my picture next to it. Nothing that it was consensual or our ages.

I built my business in flooring and carpentry to having over $700,000 in sales in 2015. Having 20 employees and sub contractors.
It was about that time my client was notified by others and looked me up. And this was the first time I ever got kicked off a job. A huge job and this is when I realized how everything I built was vulnerable and is when I started to hate my job in my business and wanted to not be here. I struggled PTSD and left my family as I purchased a house out in the country due to losing my safety zone of living in town. Being a sex offender sucks!
I will not give up my faith!

The legislations used the word "anyone" who has consensual contact, was guilty of a felony and lifetime Sex Offender registry. Some Judges and DA's, took advantage, said that teens are "anyone" and forced them on illegal adult felony agreements and have sentenced teens to prison.

Romeo and Juliet bills passed in Wisconsin in 2018, so courts can not wrongfully prosecute teens for consensual relationships as a felony but it is still a misdemeanor for both teens who are having consensual contact. The legislators didn't pass retroactive, which stops them from going back to court. But not the ones who are still in custody. They can appeal their case and be exonerated!
These bills have been going through states for almost 20 years and and are taking too long! And when they pass they don't make retroactive, so teens who were 16 & 17 still suffer and because of all the loop holes in the legislations. They can't appeal their case, because they served their time and successfully completed parole, that they are not in custody, that they can't appeal, because the law is if your not "In Custody" on probation or extended supervision, that you can't appeal your case. I successfully completed parole in 2010 so I can't appeal my case. As the years pass. They get stricter on sex offenders. They stopped loaning me money and they deny me any SBA loans. Even though they have pre approval me for millions of dollars for what I report, credit report, and that I am all American growing my business from scratch and even a granted patent that would guarantee to provide jobs and boost our economy. That custom finish wood flooring, owner of my patent, was emailed by the United States patent and trademark office that my my patent qualified me to be nominated to win the medal of technology and innovation 2022. This award is bestowed by the United States president.

After many years another bank that pre qualified me for hundreds of thousands replied in email. "That I was denied due to my offense being against a child. And that they cannot get around that."
So the only way I can grow and loan money from are private investors. Do you know any??

Help get these bills introduced and passed. They are doing the same to kids who have a picture of themselves, and is child pornography. They are “anyone”
We need to keep pushing for reform to get these legislations introduced and passed correctly that Protect teens from Courts!!! HELP ME!!!!
Many states still have to pass these and that's what's next! Things don't change unless we speak and ask for help. Others like me can't get good jobs and be able to hire lawyers with how expensive they are.
There is not enough non profit innocence projects and wrongful conviction organizations out there to help so many innocent people.

People don't understand and didn't believe that teens were being treated like this because no one wants to talk about it.
They are living life in fear and struggling where many have ended their own life living on the sex offender registry. They just group all of us up as one on the registry and is so vague that when you look me up, it doesn't say 17 consensual with a 15 year old. It just gives you a picture and says 2nd degree sexual assault to a child, looking like a child molester or rapist. Clients and people looked them up and kicked them off job sites, and neighbors. so much more and use it against them in life.. Never even getting the opportunity to say what it really is, yet people found it hard to believe courts did this.

Courts are doing the same to teens who have child pornography “Having a picture of themselves is child pornography” courts have prosecuted and kids have killed themselves like Corey Walgren, the 16 year old from Naperville, Illinois in 2017 after being informed from the principal and school cop. That a fuzzy video of himself and teenage girlfriend is a sex crime and that he would be placed on probation and be put on the sex offender registry. He was told to sit out in the hall until his parents got there. Instead, He walked next door to a parking lot structure, where he jumped off the roof and killed himself before his parents arrived.
Now is the time to unite and protect our loved ones.

For me to be exonerated, we have to either get 1 of two bills introduced and passed, get the president to exonerate me, before the bills have to take forever to get introduced and passed.
