Cannabis is a human right. 

While the 2018 Farm Bill made hemp-derived CBD legal at the federal level, it left a lot of questions at the state level. Farmers in certain states can grow, process, and distribute this form of cannabis but not every state allows its citizens to take it. 

Several of our users say that CBD helps them in ways traditional medicine cannot. We’ve heard from people all over the world sharing how CBD has benefited them through treating anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, and pain issues. 

Rather than allow the government to continue dragging its heels on this important issue, we must take it in our own hands. We must demand that all fifty states restore nature’s balance by making CBD fully legal everywhere. 

Our country’s decision to make CBD legal at the federal level but then leave its full legality up to each individual state has left a lot of questions unanswered. It’s also leaving many unsure as to whether they should even try CBD for medicinal uses. By allowing CBD to be legal everywhere, both federal and in every state, there will be more awareness of what it can really do and studies to confirm its impact on our body’s health. 

We started this petition urge our Senators to move swiftly and bring about clearly defined laws at the federal and state level around CBD and its regulation. 

It’s time we have an alternative to the overpriced pharmaceutical industry offerings. Let’s show our strength in numbers by demanding full national legalization of hemp-derived CBD.
