Bethesda Softworks, creators of Fallout 76, have only been listening to one side of their player base. The vocal minority has been dictating the future of Fallout 76(referred to as FO76). They have been watering down player vs player (pvp) interactions to the dismay of a very large pvp community. It is time that we, as a community, speak up and ask Bethesda to return pertinent pvp aspects back to the game.

We ask for the following changes:
1. Players who are NOT passive can have their base/camp open to destruction.

2. The cap limit, on death of a pvp instance, should be 100 not 50.

3. Workshops, that are taken over, should have the previous owner initiated into pvp no matter where on the map.

4. Survival mode caps on death should not be lowered but remain at 100 caps (see item 2).

5. The penalty for NOT having any caps needs to be reinstated, as there is no risk/reward factor for engaging in pvp.

6. VATS should target all players as it did before. Perks such as AWARENESS now have no credence in the game when trying to gauge your opponent.

We, as a community, are not asking for much. We understand that some players do not wish to engage in pvp. As a result, pacifist mode exists for them. Those that enjoy pvp, in FO76, should not be penalized because a small percentage of players choose not to participate in this type of gameplay. We want our voices heard, and acknowledged, as MANY endgame players partake in pvp activities while in adventure and survival modes.

Reflecting on the lore of the Fallout series, the Wastelands were always a place of survival and combat. We the pvp community feel that this element is being stripped from the game and we want it back. Our voices get silenced due to the way Reddit structures their posts. Through downvotes our opinions and concerns for the game are hidden away. This petition is to show Bethesda the PVP community in FO76 exists, and we want a change.
