The chassis dynamometer was in the works in the works in 2016, but when I asked the developers about it they told me it is broken, and that they stopped working on it long ago, so I thought if a lot of people signed this petition it could change their mind.

Also if anyone is capable of replicating the dyno any work on it would be really appreciated.
