Why this petition matters

No Due Process – Denied the 14th Amendment in order to favor one party such as no discovery of disputed facts and Violation of free speech.

People Across the Nation Are Having Similar Constitutional Problems and Civil Rights Issues, With Courts and Bad Attorneys

Help Send about ten(10) people go to D.C. to Help Reform Family and Civil Law Courts: Stop Corruption and Abuse Towards Pro Se Litigants

Tim Shiling, Christian Stahl, Joanne Steinberg, Wanda Satterthwaite and Rymir Satterthwaite  who is involved with High Profile Case, See Link https://bit.ly/2RpfiR7) Along with these we have some good attorneys who are willing to speak up for victims.

We are seeking to introduce new legislation, such as Pro Se or Legal Abuse Act, to help others avoid experiencing the blatant disregard of human rights with the Judiciary System and/or corrupt attorneys within our states across the nation.

Many have experienced abusive power when non-parties were added to cases illegally; state’ judges were taking bribes from rich clients; the concealment of evidence; and jurisdiction fraud, with parties giving false statements about their contacts with the state, which was ignored by judges. Trial and appeal judges have committed obstruction of justice by withholding records, with trial court audio being altered or destroyed.

In addition, the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) of the Department of Health and Human Services works to help people with disabilities, but it is being as used as a tactical weapon to create scenarios that include attempting to create financial hardship for the noncustodial parent, and, in some cases, incarcerate that parent.

Some around the nation are being denied the Right to Appeal when appellant judges would not review timely appeals, stating they did not receive court Orders, which is false. In fact, the internal court system clearly demonstrated the Clerk’s Office did receive and process them correctly. This is abuse of power, obstruction, and downright disregard for human rights to favor one party over the other based on the income of the party, along with gender and race.

Judges are using the Hearsay Rule from a gossip magazine as a Rule of Law, which was used to illegally sanction parties for attorney fees, along with parties asking for court records on appeal, which also led to sanctions for illegally attorney fees .

Abusing vulnerable parties such as a judge who called a disabled party at home while she was recovering from surgery to harass her.  An attorney stated these judges were taking bribes while some women are suffering from domestic violence when their children were being bitten by an abusive parent who has full custody.

Finally, many are stripped of their assets, our familial bonds, and our dignity. We are deprived of our fundamental rights. We learn jurists have interpreted the Eleventh (11th) Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as providing them with complete immunity from suit, from harm done with malice, and from injunctive relief to stop harm in progress. We learn the other amendments protecting our fundamental rights are not important.

So, now we introduce new legislation to protect the rights of Pro Se Litigants from bad judges and attorneys who seek to corrupt the judicial system.  See Link:
