It keeps happening over and over again - a Hasbro Marvel Legends or GI Joe Classified exclusive is announced for Target, or Wal-Mart, or Walgreens, and lo and behold it's impossible to get, many collectors end up having to resort to eBay, and scalpers make a mint. Hasbro has made it clear they don't actually care about the fans getting their figures as long as they make a profit, so with that in mind, why not give them a way to make more money, since that might actually get taken seriously?

Dear Hasbro, renegotiate future (and maybe existing/past?) exclusive figure contracts such that you retain the right to sell them directly to HASBRO PULSE PREMIUM members. Limit them to 1 or 2 per account, have enough stock available to meet the Premium member list's demand, if needed. I would sub for Hasbro Premium tomorrow and gladly stay subbed for the forseable future if this were the case... it would make Premium actually worth it, and make you extra money to boot, along with making the dedicated collectors happy while not fostering the horrible scalper's market.

In order to drive this home, I'm asking that you not only sign up here, but also CANCEL YOUR HASBRO PULSE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP if you have one, until such time as Hasbro actually makes it worth our time and effort.

It's time Hasbro actually service their fans, not the scalpers.
