To The Legislative Assembly of Ontario:

WHEREAS the cycle threshold associated with each COVID-19 PCR test performed in Ontario is currently not publicly available information.

AND WHEREAS the laboratories already report the cycle threshold for each test to the Ministry of Health

AND WHEREAS this information can easily be anonymized to protect patient privacy

AND WHEREAS this is important information the public has a right to know

AND WHEREAS we can conceive of no logical reason why this information should be kept from the public

We the undersigned petition the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as follows:

We humbly request the cycle threshold associated with each COVID-19 PCR test, performed in Ontario from March 13, 2020 to the present, be made publicly available by the Ministry of Health for the purposes of research, and that you continue to publish this information daily into the future.
