BoardingArea.com: Allow readers to exclude specific blogs from the feed.
Why this petition matters
For years, BoardingArea has offered the best travel blog platform. Beginners and experts alike, people can find education, tips and other information related to airlines, hotel chains, credit cards and their loyalty programs. For many people, BoardingArea has been a daily read (if not multiple times in a day).
Over the past few years, a number of bloggers have unfortunately decided that their primary mission was to get as many page hits, ad impressions and other conversions. This resulted in blog posts that read more like advertisements.
In some cases, bloggers title their posts with such enflaming titles where the actual content is riddled with sexism.
This is such a shame as there are many other BoardingArea bloggers who are exceptional. Those people focus on giving us what we went to BoardingArea for: the information and trips and strategy on how to travel best through loyalty programs, etc.
When there is so much noise from the low quality bloggers, it brings down the entire BoardingArea.
We need BoardingArea to let users to set which blogs should be excluded from their view in the feed. This will be the only way readers can focus on the well written posts. We are sick of having to read clickbait articles, or posts with a sexist tone.
