Many of the bookings on Zoomcar in past 6 months were cancelled and customers haven't received their refunds. On contacting Zoomcar again and again, no proper response is given and we get only false promises and assurances. Some customers have claimed to have pending refunds of more than 1lac. It is speculated that all responses on their Twitter account are handled by a bot. 

This petition is to force initiation of refund to the consumers on the time mentioned in company's terms and conditions. Kindly support so that consumers can get back their hard-earned money especially in these unprecedented difficult times.
