Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers is violating the constitutional rights of the constituents of the state of Wisconsin and is damaging the economic livelihood of people who work for companies he deems “non-essential.” He attempted to usurp the laws of the state by delaying the spring primary election after repeatedly stating he had no authority to do so. In addition, he has no plan to reopen the economy and is talking about delaying the reopening until at least June despite data showing the impact of Covid-19 is dramatically less than models originally projected. He is inconsiderate to the economic hardships faced by his constituents, particularly those who work in food service, restaurants and other “non-essential” business. 

A recall is the established mechanism to stop mismanagement of the state governorship.
